[img=235,21]https://www.hk.foodno1.com/images/stories/menu/fno1-method.png[/img][list=1][*]排骨洗乾淨,剁成小塊飛水備用[*]黃豆芽清水浸泡瀝去多剩水份備用[*]蕃茄洗乾淨,在底部切十字,放入滾水滾約8-10分鐘去皮,切茸塊備用[*]薑去皮切片備用[*]煲滾約 2 公升水,將排骨、薑片入湯鍋中煲滾[*]改中火煲約半小時,加入黃豆芽、蕃茄[*]續約煲半小時,最後加鹽調味即可[/list]
