綠豆海帶排骨湯

[img=235,21]https://www.hk.foodno1.com/images/stories/menu/fno1-method.png[/img][list=1][*]海帶洗淨,用清水浸泡過夜,其間須換水,切成細片備用[*]綠豆洗淨,用清水浸泡三小時,盛起備用[*]陳皮浸軟,用刀刮皮茸盛起備用[*]老薑切片,拍扁,盛起備用[*]排骨洗淨,斬件飛水後撈起備用[*]煲滾約兩公升水,加入薑、排骨、綠豆及海帶放入煲中[*]用大火煲滾後,轉小火煲約一個半至兩小時[*]最後加鹽調味即可飲用[/list]
