the trouble between labor and management

Hi,
Is there anyone who is familiar with this, possibly a lawyer or anyone knows how to deal with it, thz
I am working in a fairly big company, recently the company authority accused me of something I didn't do and decided to take disciplinary action against me. When I ask if I am allowed to hav a lawyer to help me, they said it's an internal investigation so I can't do that and also said it's not like we are not going to terminate you. Is this correct that i can't hire a lawyer? I actually pretty sure this disciplinary action will affect my contract renewal.:smile_22:
Please send me messages if you can give me some professional advise regarding this. BEST WISHES, Worried gal.

well u should consult with a lawyer in this field, even though they dont want a lawyer at present, but there're tricks that u can be protected.
quite often when u have to sign something without real legal advise & right to representation it may not hold water at all.
but looks like u're getting screwed, u mind as well do what rats are going to do, u jump ship before it sinks.
staying with such an organization is digging your own grave, looks like this time they're making u to buy your own shovel though.
Then again we dont know if u have done anything wong at all?
all we can  say is pat u on the shoulder " good luck buddy"

u could wire yourself, nowadays even pin hole video and audio machine is so small, but not sure how legal it is, u need real advise, even though is not legal u can save it for own use, but if u end up getting screwed and tattooed u mind as well post them on the u tube.
u'll no question without a job , but the perpetrators will become pretty famous, or submit to the coffin shop and see who gets the last laugh.
gone are the days that any big guys fork us little petty bourgeois around, ve need to fight back, solidarity.

another reason not allow lawyers, then they have to hire one too. which cost escalates.

or close your eyes and think of middle kingdom.

Consult to Lawyer quickly. It is unreasonable that you can't seek for lawyer's advice or help.
BEST WISHES!!!!!!

I'm not a lawyer but here are my thoughts. First, do not sign anything acknowledging fault and make it clear that you do not agree with their accusations. And ask to see proof if you are being accused. Do you feel you are being discriminated against in any way because you are being wrongly accused? If so, you may want to consider taking your case to the next level of management or the HR department. With large companies, the reputational risk of workplace discrimination is looked at very seriously. Unfortunately because you are a contract staff, your options may be limited and they can find other reasons not to renew your contract. For example redundancy or reduction in force. Also, you may not want to stay with a company that handles matters in such an unprofessional way. Hope this helps.

Oh no. This is just a dream of mine. She's a beauty isn't she?
I've read about the exotics in Vancouver, racing around and getting impounded. Pretty crazy how the municipality can excercise seizures like that. Says something about the owners too who don't put up a fight to get them back.
They don't call the area "Rich-man" for nothing.:smile_15:
